"Hôtel un peu vieillot mais qui a été rénové. Les chambres sont confortables et bien équipées. La salle de bain très basique. On voit que l’hôtel a eu un passé actif mais son état a été maintenu. Le déjeuner est complet mais se prend dans une fenêtre d’une heure. Il faut faire la queue. Globalement bon rapport qualité prix. "

"Beautiful location right across from the beach. Great view of Batumi from our balcony. Really enjoyed the cafe on the property, we were there every day for coffee and the sandwiches were surprisingly good as well. It’s a new property with some construction happening, but nothing that disturbed our stay aside from a few quick power outages. "Lovely guest house meant for groups and families. Rooms were scrupulously clean and so were communal areas. There is a kitchen and laundry (washer) facilities available. The location was ideal and within easy walking distance of most things in central Batumi including the beach, promenade and the historic center.
