Gunung Takami

No coffee in the room at all, and my bathroom faucet didn’t work the best

The rooms were bright, spacious, and well maintained. The housekeeping staff and overall service team were consistently friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. I highly recommend staying here. The ambiance is fantastic, and with the variety of celebrity chef restaurants and the food court, there are dining options for everyone. Reservations were not a problem for us, and we had an absolutely amazing experience at Gordon Ramsay's restaurant. We also enjoyed spending time by the pool. There are plenty of areas to relax in the sun, as well as shaded spots if you prefer to stay cool. Overall, I would rate this property a 4.8 to 5-star experience. The only downside is that it's extremely popular and busy, so finding a quiet spot can be challenging at times.
