"Overall nice hotel but considering it’s a 4 star hotel the walls were paper thin. There’s one chair in each room and our next door neighbors decided to constantly scratch the floor by moving the chair at night. Maybe add soft cushions to the bottom of the legs and something to dampen the noise of the doors slamming. My boyfriend and I barely slept one night because of the constant door slamming and chair moving noises at night."

"Convenient location. Small size hotel so the staff was helpful and friendly. Very different from large hotel feel. Breakfast was abundant and delicious. Would recommend to anyone. When we booked only the attic rooms were available- if I came back I would try for a room on the lower levels without the sloped ceilings."

We arrived late to the hotel and they had already streamlined the check-in process so our wait time was minimal. The staff was attentive and helpful. The food is exceptional and the facilities are beautiful. If you are looking for a hotel in Dubrovnik, Hotel Sumratin is perfect!"

"The location is excellent—within walking distance of Dubrovnik’s Old Town. On-site parking with included valet service was also very convenient. The massage with Stevan was absolutely amazing. He was highly professional, kind, and provided an excellent treatment. We are vegan, however, and found the food options at the hotel disappointing. There was no vegan yogurt, sausage, or burger available in any of the restaurants. For a hotel of this standard, I would expect a much better range of vegan options."
