The family suite appeared to actually be a storage room, because it had a bunch of junk stored in it off to the side including an old mattress that wasnt being used, and a bunch of unhung paintings. "I had to wait 5 hours to get my room. The old reason was that I should spend another $600 for the night before. When my room was ready, nobody came up to me to let me know so I probably waited a few hours too much. Terrible experience. The staff told me a way to go to my room, through 2 long halls and 2 elevators. I am 82 years old and needed a wheelchair for that, but they did not make me aware that it was a very long walk. There was a much shorter way that I later found out by myself!"

"Overall, I thought it was nice and comfortable. Google maps originally took me to the wrong place, but we got it sorted out. They seem to have a fair number of animals - besides a couple of dogs and a cat, I definitely heard a rooster as well. So it could be a little disruptive overnight when you're trying to sleep if you're not used to that sort of thing."

"We stayed on the second floor closest to the over water bungalows. The room was average to good, but unfortunately a pipe burst apparently somewhere so they shut off the water for two hours mid-morning without informing us. Thankfully no one was taking a shower or doing a number 2. There also was construction noise on the grounds to repair the pipe which woke us up early the first morning. The building next to us is undergoing a complete gutting and reno, but we didn't hear any noise from...
