"I’ve stayed at this hotel several times on consecutive years. It’s a great location, comfortable and clean, adult only , great pool bar and excellent food. However the rooms are starting to show their age. Mould was present in the bathroom and around the bath. The shower head wouldn’t remain in position. And water dripped from a vent above the toilet. The buffet breakfast is good value and provides good options. Unfortunately the coffee was nearly undrinkable and has definitely gone downhill over the years. That said, the hotel facilities for guests is good and the as I said the food is amazing! It’s in a great location for access to the Yumbo and great value in terms of what you get value for money."

"Ideal location on the island for a quiet getaway but within easy reach of other towns and villages by bus, boats and Taxi's. The hotel is on the edge of the town but within easy reach of supermarket, bars and restaurants and only a few minutes walk to the harbour and main town. The hotel caters for all ages and has areas catering for adults and also others for families. Have visited before and hope to visiting again soon."

"On arrival to our room we had a lovely letter and a bottle of fizz wishing us a happy anniversary. The spa area was lovely we stayed there for the duration of our stay. Jacuzzi, Bali beds, steam room and sauna (free) massages are expensive but good. The swimming pool is clean and plenty of sun beds. The food is good and there’s plenty of choice, cocktails not great but we loved the coconut rum and self service drinks at the pool. The hotel is spotless, fast lifts we were on the seven floor sea view in the distance, we could not hear the building works at the front to the hotel, do not book a room at the front, you can hear slight noise near the pool but nothing major. Location is okay the surrounding area is not the best but the beaches are nice 10 minutes/30 minute walk. We would recommend the local market on Saturday and beach front is quieter. We did not visit the sand dunes has nudist beaches! The entertainment was okay the best shows were the acrobatics, there needs to be a variety of music mainly catered for the older audience. We loved our week, the room is spacious, the bed was comfortable, shower spacious and good pressure, hotel is very relaxing and met the 4 star rating!"

"The room is located in a semi circle of accomadation . The room was very large with two single beds . The beds were very comfortable with quality bedding ., The furniture in the room work table , double sofa with a espresso coffee machine as bonus ., The bathroom was excellent , spotless , very strong rain shower enclosure ., The resort is top quality with large pool , pool lounging area and entertainment area. I partook in full board , breakfast and dinner was excellent wort varied choice for both male sittings .. I would highly recommend this premise 10/10"

"The peers at the front desk are amazing, Unfortunately I don’t recall their names but they make me fall in love with the island. The whole front desk staff are awesome and very helpful. Will definitely come back, also Vanessa the housekeeper; was very kind and helpful at all times."

"Beautifully renovated modern hotel, near the historic center. We were there 4 days and only got housekeeping 1 time. If you missed your chance for housekeeping, they did not come back. Great breakfast. Nice gym, although it could use a little more TLC. Like having sanitary wipes available. The lobby, bar, and all public rooms are in a very chic contemporary style. Desk staff was helpful. Room amenities were fine, but in a high-end hotel, they could be nicer, like less paper and plastic and more china."
