Only negatives I have are the Villas are up a big hill so have a car or be fit. Also the pool at the villa wasn’t ready (on and cleaned) on the Saturday we arrived, wasn’t sorted until we said something on the Monday. But was sorted very quickly."

The hotel owner was incredibly kind in recommending everything (places to see, parking, things to avoid). Without his advice, it wouldn't have been the same. The room was meticulously designed and spotlessly clean. The location is perfect, very beautiful and convenient, in ancient Chania. I highly recommend it. "All in all excellent, ticked absoloutely all boxes for our requirements. Needed a "Staging Post" as early check out from holiday accomodation and very late flight time. On arrival reception staff very pleasant and helpful, in fact our room was ready for us earlier than normal time.
