"The hotel is NOT what is to be expected from a new 5 star hotel in Las Vegas. We checked in and immediately 450 dollars for 3 nights were taken as deposit which is a ridiculous amount no matter how you look at it. We then came to the room which was big and clean and that was the only good thing about our stay. A 6 pack of cold water at the store in the lobby costs 42 dollars. The water pressure in the room shower makes it impossible to take a shower. Moreover, there was no hot water at one...

"Our stay was absolutely wonderful and the service was top tier except for checkout. I was called to checkout but there was some confusion with the guest in front of me as to which front desk associate was helping who. I was forced to go back in line and made to wait some more which was confusing and embarrassing."

"In Vegas. Fairly clean in public areas. Close to sites. Shuttle is supposedly free but we never saw it. Waited at one pick up for 30min. Ended up taking another cab."

"No microwave oven and drinking water facility "

"We booked one bedroom corner unit with kitchen. The unit is overall in a good condition and clean. To our surprise there were no kitchen utensils. There was a coffee machine but no coffee. When I called and requested utensils they brought us three plates, two cups and two plastic forks/knife packages. Very strange hospitality approach..."
