Wuksachi Lodge
8/10 Good
"We had a wonderful time at the Wuksachi Lodge. The food that was available was very good. The rooms were not air conditioned but the weather was beautiful and air conditioning wasn't needed."
Historic Dow Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"I loved the Historic Dow Hotel!! The lobby area has photos & memorabilia giving a sense of a museum dating back to the old country western films of the early/mid 1900's. The pool is a great amenity and the staff were friendly! Ideally, you want to get a room in the courtyard near the pool. My only issue is that I pre-paid for the room, but was double charged again at check-out. They collected my credit card info. for "incidental charges" but used my card for a 2nd room rate charge. I was honestly disappointed when they refused to refund my card after I produced proof-of-payment from my credit card statement & had to go through the process of getting a refund thru alternative means. Thank you."
Lone Pine Budget Inn
10/10 Excellent
"The motel is just off of main street, walking distance to the local restaurants & pubs. The price was very reasonable & offered good value. The room was in good condition with wifi & easy parking. I would stay again. Thank you."
Best Western Frontier Motel
8/10 Good
"They thought of every detail a traveler would want or need. Great access to Alabama Hill. Easy parking right outside the door to your room."
Silver City Mountain Resort
8/10 Good
"The property is on the National park. The drive to the resort will take you through some narrow winding roads and it will take approximately an hour and a half to make it up there (approximately 23-25 miles). In some places, it’s hard for two cars to get by. There was road construction going on, they closed the road down, so we had to schedule accordingly. Once you get up there you may not want to go back down to retrieve groceries, food, etc. No gas station, so gas up beforehand. Nice quiet resort, WiFi available, no tvs."
Mt Williamson Motel and Basecamp
10/10 Excellent
"We did not stay there."
Eastern Sierra Motor lodge
10/10 Excellent
"Very easy to check-in and check-out. Clean room with all the necessary amenities. Would definitely come back."
Independence Courthouse Motel
10/10 Excellent
"Clean room, very comfortable bed, helpful and friendly staff!"
