Very clean and quiet place. The only downfall, which isn’t huge, there was no vending machines for snacks or drinks if needed. Again, that’s not a deal breaker. I would definitely stay there again.

I had to pay for my room twice because after I already paid Expedia, Expedia declined to pay my hotel room so I had to pay again when I got to the counter.

Enjoyed our stay
Even though Hotels.com never sent our reservation to the hotel the manager worked through the issue and got us into a room. Traveled with our dog. The room was very comfortable and roomy and didn't have the heavy deodorant smell that many pet friendly rooms often have. The breakfast was also very good.

The only bad thing that I have to say is that I noticed a little bug crawling on the bed prior to going to bed. Otherwise it was a good stay.

cornell visit
The location is great and service is nice, but the price is high for what we get. I guess when it is opening weekend at the college they have demand. aside of that the desk clerk was wonderful and helpful. the breakfast room was packed and was handled by the women running it. Congrats to her for the job well done.

Large room. Staff very friendly! Refrigerator was turned off and full of water due to defrosting from little freezer area. Thankfully there were enough towels for me to soak up water and still have one towel for shower tomorrow!

Did not like how the staff was rarely available for questions at the desk. Housekeeping unclogged my toilet without wearing gloves and then proceded to replace the filthy bed blanket without washing their hands first. They also replaced bathroom towels without cleaning their hands after dealing with the toilet. They also left toilet water on the bathroom floor was not at all impressee. Floor issues with soft spots that gave away when walking and broken floor tiles. Carpet looked filthy and housekeeping team sprayed febreeze on everything and i dont know if it had dissinfectant in it or not. Another guest reported bed bugs and was bitten up on his arm.

Sorry About your inconvenience but this is new staff and we are running low on front desk staff so we are trying do best as possible and we also have other work then just to be set in front of the computer .There was no reports of Bed Bugs either sorry to say.

Well balance stay
Here for a wedding, nice to have all the family able to stay in one place. Front desk had a room available as early as possible, good options for breakfast, polite team at the front desk and very accommodating

We wanted to use the hotel hot tub in the evening and were told by the front desk that we couldn't have any beverages at the pool. I've been aware of no glass at the pool, but never NO beverages. This deterred us from using the amenities and left a bad impression.
