  • Tulip field at sunset. This is a great time to photograph tulips if you fancy a sunburst peaking out among the stalks. It does take a fair amount of patience to find a nice looking bunch of bulbs with the sun in the right position (just partly occluded), all the while the sun is sinking further toward the horizon. It took more than 300 less-impressive attempts to net this beauty. This time I was careful to have out my 16-35mm lens, which produces lovely sunbursts with its 9-bladed aperture.

The motel was conveniently located, check in was easy and staff was friendly. The room was spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great. This is an older motel with rooms being renovated. For the price I was very pleased.

Was a great location only complaint was the bed was hard as a rock and carpets had stains. Very clean, staff were friendly and breakfest was good. Parking was easy to find. All in all i enjoyed my stay just would have liked to have slept better.

Great place, great breakfast, great price.

Met our needs perfectly. It was a budget hotel, but was a great room for the great price. The full breakfast was awesome! All you can eat buffet of waffles, sausage, scrambled eggs, fried potatoes, biscuits and gravy, cereal, muffins, juice and coffee. Convenient location too. We'll be back. Pet friendly and only $20 extra a night.

Definitely the economy part of our trip

The shower didn’t have a curtain so the bathroom got soaked from a quick shower. There was black hair all over the bathroom floor when we arrived. The bed was decently comfortable but the AC wouldn’t stay on so it got real stuffy. Also the “breakfast room” is a tiny back room and it was absolutely stuffed with people.
