"Staying at Madison’s Mountain Retreat was the perfect getaway and experience for my family. We stayed 3 nights and really enjoyed the atmosphere of the grounds. Anne’s warm welcome and knowledge about the animals was excellent and we all enjoyed feeding the Alpacas, Llamas & Goats. The indoor pool was great for a quick swim & we felt nice and cosy in the rustic cabin accommodation which had a lovely view of the alpacas and farm. We will definitely be back. "

"Hotel location is excellent, receptionist was very friendly, apartment was spacious and very very clean. Looks like it has just been renovated. I would have given it a 5 stars if the shower screen over the bath tubs is a bit wider so that the water not splash out to the floor. Anyway I would stay again next time."

"Beautiful property conveniently located at Echo point. I loved the two pools, indoor and outdoor and the surrounding gardens. The room was generous and the bed comfortable. The lounge area was also very comfortable and inviting. However, I found the service to be terrible for a five star property. Check-in was very slow and late.
