Hotel di Gunung Tamborine

"Nice experience, cozy room for couple. Good view from balcony"

"Amazing position with stunning views on the same complex as St Bernards Hotel. 3 equal King bed Bedrooms with ensuite, beds and linens 1st Class quality but we were surprised by how thick ALL the pillows were. It's a new build well-appointed and is furnished well but could be so much more homely with at least a couple of lounge cushions and throws a rug or 2 and bedside lamps, sadly it lacked " soul ", but these minor details would prevent us staying again as 3 couples. The gas fireplace was...

"Hotel was clean & tidy exactly as described.Staff were very helpful."

"great"

"A wonderful place to stay if you need to be at the Gold Coast University Hospital early in the morning. Very comfortable beds, clean, modern rooms. The bathroom products smelled wonderful. The gentleman on reception had "training" on his badge and he was dealing with some very odd characters, and handles himself very well, all by himself mind you. I'd stay again if I needed to be bear the hospital."

"Communication was good, but you get charged extra for late check in which I was aware of when I booked. We stayed in a 3brm apartment, the main bedroom was good but the other 2 were small and had no windows. The apartment was reasonably clean (shower screens were hazy and walls in general needed cleaning) but it did have a musty smell. Under cover parking for 2 cars which was good. Easy walking distance to Harbour Town Shopping Centre. Would I stay again? Probably not but it did the job this...

"We had a nice little stay, used the waterpark and pool for a couple of hours, had a bbq sausage sizzle, played on the flying fox and saw a koala. Staff were friendly enough. Cafe prices seemed a bit high. Parking was a bit tight if you have a medium to large car."

"Good location , very clean"

"Great quality at very good value. Booked a 2 bed 2 bath apartment for 4 nights. The apartment was spacious, great quality and very clean. Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen was fully equipped. It was also lovely and quiet. A supermarket and bars/ restaurants were less than 10 minutes walk away. The pool and spa were fantastic - as good as they look in the pictures. Communication before arriving was a little challenging, especially only being able to sort out late check-in on the day of...

"The accommodation was not two bedroom it was a 1 plus 1. So I suggest checking the accommodations website for a true description. The unit was unclean and furnishings were very dated. Overall, 2 stars and more like budget accommodation."

"Our room was 1004, first night we couldn’t sleep with the sound of like whirlwind from our room"

"The kindness, helpfulness and friendliness of the staff were amazing-Julia (assisting with restaurant) was wonderful as were the staff at Reception. Breakfast was outstanding. The common toilets at Reception needed to be regularly cleaned though-strong smell. Noticed when I arrived and was waiting for my room-not a good first impression"
