I didn't realize this until I needed to use the bathroom at night (I found a used bar of soap next to the kitchen sink and used a blank page of a television instruction manual as toilet paper then I immediately went to 7/11 afterwards during the night). There was a check-in delay due to confusion on WhatsApp, but owner got much better with using WhatsApp for remainder of stay. Only one towel and a small thin blanket...

"I was expecting a hotel room as advertised. I was given a different place, a townhouse unit with a broken screendoor, defective hot water service, 2 cockroaches in the bathroom and a stinking drainage. I booked 2 rooms for two families. Two different booking numbers. When we arrived on the day, we were led to the townhouse unit and said that all of us would be staying in the same unit! Until I insisted that I booked for two separate rooms that they started looking for another unit for us. We...

"The following have to be requested daily: Bath soap (tiny) and shampoo (small packet) Mske up / clean the room Picture of the balcony in the ad is misleading as the room (#8209) we were provided are just bare cement, missing the wood planks. Tight parking garage, happy we got our car in and out unscathe. Noisy people in the hallway in the middle of the night, the 3 nights we stayed there. Good thing it is close to the park and other attractions."

"Upon check in you have to wait for 15 minutes in the lobby because no one was there to assist you. Each room has it's own owner and therefore you have to wait for someone to help you. The worst part is the checkout. I wasn't advice that we need to wait upstairs for checkout to get my deposit because they have to check the rooms. The communication is so bad. The only thing that is nice is the location which is very accessible to everything. Would I book it again? I would think it twice!!!"
