They had to re key our cards 3 times. We got locked out of room twice. Room was clean but old looking. Bathroom wasn’t filthy but wasn’t close to clean.

I liked the welcome and professional front desk even at 1030 in the night. The lady was very nice and directed me to Coffee kiosk and asked me if Ibwabted more water bottles. Small courtesies go a long way.

First room, blind didnt close completely. Went to desk and asked for a new room. This was cheerfully done by the staff. Breakfast was good and tasty. Three out of 4 ice machines didnt work.

This is a good place to stay if you have a tournament at Shipyard 16-20 min drive to the park.

Housekeeping was wonderful. Front desk not friendly never greeted. Would not allow you to check in even with early check in until 3 pm. My moms room was available since esrly morning and they still made her wait until 3 and we even requested esrly check in. Asked for towels and was told have to get from housekeeping asked where i could find them. Was told not sure when they even arrive.

I am very sorry for the confusion. When requesting an early check in, it is just that a request. The desk ladies cant check you in until housekeeping gives the all clear. I will speak with the staff and make sure they are relaying room availability correctly as well as linen request. I thank you for taking the time to let us know of the inconvenience and we will work hard to correct these infractions so that it does not continue to happen. We do hope you will give us another try.

Breakfast dining room was extremely small, cramped, and very busy. Lobby should be smaller, dining space larger. Toilet in the room didn’t flush well. Shower head and water diverter needs changing

We had a great time staying at this property. The location is awesome and it’s the best priced hotel around. The room was clean and the the air conditioning worked great. The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. I would highly recommend!

Right at the bridge, close to downtown but not in downtown Charleston. Everything felt dirty and bed was very uncomfortable. Too expensive for what it was. Front office lady was nice though.

We were in for the bridge run and I booked my hotel late.I was very pleased with the rates compared to other hotels for that weekend. Our room looked newly updated. it was nice and clean. the staff went above and beyond to accommodate the races with very early breakfast and waters and snacks. They even did a bbq the night before. they were very friendly.

Needs some major updates! You should be ashamed of charging more for your rooms than your sister property across the street! Questionable carpet, broken toilet paper holder, very outdated TV, phone on night stand with no cord, hair stuck in back of hair dryer, bathroom door wouldn't quite close. We didn't even bother getting the free breakfast as the room was completely packed & over crowded. If you are desperate then stay here otherwise save yourself the aggravation & find somewhere else. Only pro: convenient to the Ravenel bridge & historic Charleston.

Perfect location just north of the Ravenal Bridge. Price was reasonable. Best continental breakfast we've had in a long time. Beautiful pool area, although pool wasn't open for the season yet. We will be back!

Transient people were living in rooms. Cigarettes butts all over everywhere outside the rooms on the sidewalk. Beer cans on their window sills. Opened & closed the doors all night. They sat in their van outside smoking for hours. Another transient stood on the second floor in his towel smoking and leering. The lobby reeked of something putrid. Thin and tiny towels. Hard as rock beds. Horrible place.

We do have a lot of construction workers that do stay here and they are fully aware of the rules. awe ask tht if something happens to make you feel uncomfortable please let the staff know immediately so that we can correct any concerns.
