"Between midnight and 2 am large crowds of very loud partiers making as much noise as they could. I spoke to other folks who were in the airport bus with me at five in the morning, and it happened on their floor too. Management has got to make an effort to keep that sort of thing to a reasonable level otherwise the hotel is perfect."

"Everything was great!! The only thing was that rooms have an open shower, meaning there's no door to seperate the shower from the bedroom. You will shower on the open. I was with my daughter and had to switch rooms to another room that allowed privacy while showering. Other than that staff was great and nice, room was very clean and area was great given than IHOP was at walking distance. "

"The staff was very kind and efficient. When we walked in the room the temp on the AC was 62 degrees! Freezing. The room next to us had their TV up very very loud til midnight.😞 The shuttle drivers were very accommodating for an older gentleman who had forgotten his wallet in the lobby and was headed to the airport. They were sure they met him quickly at the airport. So he would have his ID and wallet."

"The staff were very nice. They actually had conversations with the guest and were welcoming. The breakfast in the restaurant was horrible. I had chicken and waffles with gravy. It was nasty. The coffee was overpriced $5 for a cup of black coffee is ridiculous. The hotel's coffee machine was down and I refused to purchase coffee in the restaurant. I walked a mile to the convention center to get free coffee there. I'd definitely go back but I'd avoid their restaurant. They look like an older hotel...

"The breakfast was hot, the staff was extremely friendly, parking was at the hotel, and our room was very clean. We stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. We noticed the staff continued to clean the entire facility including mopping the driveway entrance. If you needed something and they were able to assist you, they did. We were very impressed. "
