"Do not recommend if you want to sleep. No insulation or soundproofing. You can hear every single EVERY single thing the neighbouring rooms are doing. Not to get into too much detail but I could hear them all breathing and more…. Utterly over priced. All I wanted was somewhere to sleep soundly. 0/10
I think people giving more favourable reviews may be visiting in quiet season on lower nightly rates and no neighbours."

"Stayed here with my son for a trip to hike the summit and had a fantastic experience. The staff were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond, even allowing us a late checkout so we could complete our hike after bad weather the day before.

"The full-time staff there are absolutely brilliant. They go above and beyond to try and make your stay and visit to Thredbo special.. they let me gloves a hat and a toque to go up the mountain with – God did I ever need it! Lovely to see such a diverse group of people under the same roof and would have no hesitation to recommend it as a clean friendly and safe place to stay"

"It was raining hard and snow on the alps so very beautiful scenery. The stars at reception and in restaurant were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent.
