Property is the oldest in Mt Gambier but am advised that new owners are coming in and have plans to renovate. Current owners are lovely and always happy to look after you and have a chat. For the price it was good value for Mt Gambier. Room was clean and bed was good. Just getting on a bit.

Old but clean and comfortable!

Old and really run down, stuck in a time warp, but comfortable bed and pillows and had a good night’s sleep! Good for an overnighter if you’re not fussed!

Basic motel

The hotel room is very basic. There is no microwave and the TV did not work. A panel on the bathscreen is missing.

The owner appears to be grumpy at first, but is actually a generous person. When he learned that I come with my partner instead alone and that we'll stay two nights instead of one he upgraded us from basic to standard room at no extra cost. Big thumbs up.
