Terrible service. I stayed for 3 days. No one came for room service despite asking them. I asked for clean towels but no one came and replaced them. Pool was enjoyable, had lots of fun. Overall average stay.

The rooms are clean and large, i did find that the rooms were a little noisy that you can hear whats going on around you, especially when cars come and go as the car park has loose stones. Close to shops and pubs

Our appartment was everything we needed, having the ability to wash our baby’s dirty clothes and even dry them was just amazing after holidaying in Adelaide and having to find laundry mats it just took the pressure off and allowed us to enjoy our time in Mount Gambia. The rooms were a great size and had everything we needed to be self sufficient. The beds were relatively comfortable and just loved our stay will be booking again and recommending them when we go visit family !!

It was generally good. Staff at Reception was very helpful. The room was generally comfortable Just the water in the shower needs some improvement. The quantity of water that came out from the shower head was small.

Comfortable stay

Friendly efficient checkin and a decent room. Expansive windows which open to allow fresh air. Limited shelf space to unpack. Sink area outside the bathroom had no place for toiletries and other items. Bed was very comfy though with excellent quality sheets. Wine fridge provided a ever present floodlight in the room. Nice pool on the grounds.

Don’t let the outside of the property fool you! Once inside…. Huge room. Spotlessly clean. Good heating/aircon. Very comfortable bed. Very clean bed linen. Modern fixtures and fittings. Same goes for bathroom. Modern, spotlessly clean. Everything worked. Will definitely stay here again if I’m in Mount Gambier.
