"Staff were very nice and helpful. We noticed that no one was picking up the trays from room service. Room was dated with lots of scratches on the furniture. Shower flooded ever time we used it. Most disappointing thing was they change their guest $25 a day to park at the hotel "

"Lovely staff, very accomodating. Room felt brand new, loved our stay here. Right out the front of a tram stop, made getting to and from nice dinners in the city very easy. Buffet breakfast was great and the free parking was a plus!"
