"Has been the worst ever tried hotel. They claim to clean the room every 2 days , we had three rooms as it was a family trip and 2 out of the 3 room were supposedly cleaned at day 4 after almost begging daily and no changes on towels , no changes on sheets …when we arrived at middle afternoon we had to demand for the rooms to be properly cleaned. Our own room in 5 nights was cleaned once and the hot water only worked on night 1 … all other nights we had to have cold showers "

"Apart from the host being welcoming, nothing else was. The room only got cleaned as we got there. Terrible transportation, no taxi wanted to pick us up or drive us there. I would not recommend. Very far from the city. "

"I really enjoyed my stay! The room was clean and cozy, and the views were absolutely beautiful—especially being so close to the beach. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay (Thanks for everything Su Su & Zurie). Everything felt smooth and stress-free, which is exactly what I needed for a vacation. I’d definitely come back!"

"Room was nice, once I stepped out my room I could see colorful houses, vibrant pool and the ocean to the left ! Water didn’t get too hot but can’t complain too much…was always over 80 degrees out !"

"The room was clean. The staff was very pleasant. We hardly spent time in our room, but the beds were def comfortable and shower was great. Shops nearby all in walking distances from the hotel. Very centrally located to all the tourists activity esp to Queen Emma Bridge. For people looking to book this hotel. Be mindful there is parking charges but they are very minisule in parking lot in front of the hotel. 65cents per hour from (8a-6pm Mon-sat; free on Sunday and after 6pm. Would recommend to...

"The Hotel is near a group of restaurants that play loud music at night. So if you want to sleep prior to midnight then this place is not for you. No TV channels to watch or a hairdryer to use."

"Loved the location. We walked all over the area very easily. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Even though the climate is hot there, I would have loved a hot shower, but the shower water barely got warm."

"Property appears to have undergone minor updates. It is located on a busy street that you can hear everything that goes by. Across a cemetery, it is walking distance to Otrobanda's tourist area and main Cruise port. Upside is that it is close to a local supermarket and has parking via the back alley. Downstairs unit has a wall A/C unit that only covers the bedroom where it is located. Needed a fan to provide air flow in the kitchen-living room area where a small jalousie window can't be fully...
