"We had the most lovely stay at Antico Borgo Etneo. Conveniently located 5 minutes from the train station, the property is gorgeous, our room was very clean and relatively cool considering we were in the middle of a heat wave. Great hospitality and a scrumptious breakfast (we’ll be thinking about that lemon chiffon cake for ages). We would stay again the next time in Calatabiano. Grazie a tutti!"

"The property is very beautiful and the views of the sea from the slope of the Etna are spectacular. Very quiet, comfortable accommodations, very nice swimming pool. The location is excellent, a short drive to the sea and also close to Taormina and Catania, which was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay very much. I would love to go back for a longer stay."

"Staff were great and very helpful, Though we found we got better/faster responses to questions when emailing directly versus using expires messenger. The breakfast was wonderful with lots of options. We also ate an evening meal there and it was delicious. Centrally located for for exploration of the etna region. Room was very clean. Would not hesitate to stay again or recommend to a friend"

"The stay had much to be desired. Check in was at 2. When we arrived at 2 we were told it would be about another hour as they were not ready. It was about 35 to 40 mins and the room was ready. When we got to our room we were told that the TV and the fridge dont work. Unfortunately I had to be a bit of a complainer. "This was the most amazing hotel… staff were so friendly and helpful. They could not have been more friendly or helpful. The grounds were so charming and not too manicured but beautifully kept and tidy. The birdsong all day was just delightful. The pool area was so clean & felt luxurious. The smell through the hotel was gorgeous. Not the cheapest but you definitely get what you pay for and it was all worth it! Only slight negative was the lack of plug sockets but given the property is over 300 years old it’s forgivable and was still very manageable! And the AC was amazing which I did not expect given the age of the property! We would return in a heartbeat!! And we got engaged here so would love to return!"

"The staff were pleasant and welcoming. Our room had a beautiful view and was spacious for us as a family of four but there was a smell coming from the the room that unfortunately, even after the staff tried resolving the problem - it didn’t go away!"

"Our stay at the Atlantis was excellent. From the concierge staying in touch for our room, the front desk helping with our bags, room service fast and courteous, and our room had magnificent views, we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Our dinner at Nui was excellent with wonderful service. The only suggestion I would make is to upgrade the fitness center a bit and the decor could use a refresh but otherwise I would come back again anytime! Truly amazing experience."
