"Great room and fantastic breakfast, nice pool and sauna. Outstanding views and courteous staff. But please note the hotel’s kitchen is closed on Mondays and there nothing in the hotel to eat for Lunch or dinner. There was no other restaurant in the area as well unless you are willing to drive a short distance up the hill - not many restaurants open there too - the ones that were open were expensive e.g 16EUR for a soup. The main issue for me, is our room was opposite to a petrol station and the security alarm keeps going after they shut ( it appears to be a known and regular Problem) in our case it went off at 11pm and 3am - it was only for 5 mins but it does wake you up because it is loud."

"Amazing hotel! There is still some work undergoing at the hotel and not all areas were opened. It has the best reception and amazing hospitality. The issues we had with the booking via Expedia were promptly resolved by the concierge manager Jasmina. The spa was out of this world with several different saunas. Highly recommended. The room was well equipped but I think the decor inside of it does not match the beautiful decor in the lobby. We opted for a half board option. The breakfast options were plentiful. Great juice bar. Dinner options were slightly more limited but that could be down to my personal preferences. The only downside I found was the parking. Plenty of parking spaces but they there but they were about 5 - 10 min walk away, partially on a gravel road. The hotel golf buggies were there but nobody bothered to offer a lift to the car park. We did a lot of walking whilst there and were tired at the end of the day. Plus I had to be careful not to ruin my shoes. It was a minor inconvenience but still something to consider. I would throughly recommend the hotel and I am already looking to book it again."

"Clean and right beside the bay and walkable. Front desk is handled by a different hotel in the same group and not very helpful to find the room. "

"We had no way of contacting the hotel. There was no answer to either of the numbets we found, we took a taxi then walked to the hotel, with suitcases, up hill. To leave, they took us to the bus station in their golf cart. Lots of stairs, not so easy for us, TV did not work."

"Best Hotel we have ever been too! First time in Croatia and the hotel and staff made our stay spectacular! Checked in late because other resort in the area cancelled us last minute! Sorry if I pronounce name wrong Lubro at front desk was awesome and knew of our last minute cancelation and was very nice and even next day gave us an upgrade with seaview so we could enjoy our first time in Croatia! Also Melissa which was new to hotel was kind and patient with us in showing us areas of hotel and kept checking on us everyday! In the restaurant under the lobby we will always remember Ashur for his patience in our ordering of our food and translating everything we didnt understand! Also gave us great suggestions around the hotel. Thank you Grand Park Hotel for an extraordinary stay!"
