"No appropriate tissue paper, the tv & air con didn't work. There was dirty laundry in the room. There was no duvet, people sleeping in the reception which was locked and had the lights shut. I had to bang on the door to wake the owner up when the website says that reception is 24 hours. They also did not provide breakfast when i had paid for this. "

"Terrible experience. My bathroom commode was clogged when I reached my room. I had to call house keeping to get it cleaned but it was dysfunctional and the waste kept coming back every one hour. I kept asking them to change my room but they took no actions for 3 days of my stay and I had to live in that horrible experience. The shower was broken, rooms were smelling like rotten egg."

As bad as the room was, the staff were even worse. Rude, incompetent, and crooked. Stay far away from this hotel. "
