"Arrived at the hotel near midnight and was given a room that was like a basement! I booked a deluxe double with balcony. We complained at the time but were told there was nothing he could do that night, so we just had to sleep there and then see manager in the morning. Awful night. Noisy hum all night. were enjoyable . Our Delixe room was spacious with a very large terrace facing a spectacular Seaview. The furnishings were looking very tired and could do with an update . "
