Old property, renovated rooms but feels low grade. Bed linens and towels are very thin... mattress is not comfortable feels like sleeping on a concrete slab. Difficult communicating with front desk staff at check in as they speak only Portuguese and no even a basic of English or Spanish and makes no effort trying to understand.

The hotel was a nice place. It is getting a little older and is showing signs of being an aged property. The service was nice.

Excellent Resort fun in the sun
Lots of fun. Great service. Excellent restaurant. Horseback riding. Great gym. Hot water spa pools. Paddleboats, great AC in room, wifi works and close to bus station and shopping mall. Professional photographers to take great pix, pool slides and fun for the whole family! 5 stars

Cama confortável, café da manhã com muitas opções e gostoso. Restaurante com serviço e cardápio muito bom. Restaurante da piscina bom também. Somente apto, que estão renovando, mas ainda tem coisas mais antigas. Mas nada que atrapalhe a estadia. Ótimas piscinas, não são mais com pedras e com limo.

As melhorias
O Hotel Thermas infelizmente continua com o mesmo problema de sempre.. má qualidade de serviço por parte dos staff da zona das piscinas. Atendimento péssimo e demorado. As piscinas estavam sujas e com gambiarras nos ralos. O que melhorou foi a questão do Wi-Fi na zona das piscinas.

Apesar de termos ficado em um quarto mais caro( classic), a reforma foi muito mal feita. Pouca agua saindo da torneira, chuveiro jogando agua para todo lado, chão descascando.
