"Reception staff was friendly, welcoming and overall excellent. Luca is rightfully proud of Scotland and shared some tales and legends. Room, while small, was nicely appointed with tea kettle & tea and bathroom had plenty of hot water. I enjoyed the windowless room and will stay here in my next visit."

"The staff are friendly, helpful and professional. The hotel is quite beautiful inside. The lack of elevator may be an issue with someone with mobility issues (our room was on the 2nd floor). There was a good shopping area nearby, including an Aldi (for groceries). The hotel restaurant was very good, with a good selection for dinner options. It was just a couple of blocks away from public transportation."
