Vikrant was so very helpful to us and helped us book our trains and even helped us find a taxi to Agra from Delhi when we failed to secure transport in time. He was simply so caring and helpful. "Great hostel, great rooms, fantastic service, super helpful staff! You can see the Taj Mahal from the rooftop terrace!
Only negative is that it was very noisy at night as the hostel is next to a busy road and because the hallway is open (the door to your room is the only door between you and the road basically). Due to that we also had a strong smell of fumes in our room all night long.
