"A group of 7 friends stayed here for 3 nights. The Lodge is very traditional and our 4 rooms were all beautifully decorated, very clean and spacious. The breakfast was included and was delicious, being cooked to order, even having options such as Eggs Benedict. We also ate here on 2 evenings and the food was fabulous and very reasonable.
The staff can't do enough for you, always on hand to help, going that extra mile. Kennedy (manager) and his staff, Caroline, Destiny, Naomi were all...
"Had a fabulous stay there, very friendly and helpful staff, lovely food, really nice garden to beat the heat. Very central too. All round a great stay. "
"I first stayed at Jollyboys 20 years ago when I was part of an overland truck trip. This time I brought my husband and children and will most definitely be back again, hopefully in less than another 20 years! The staff are so helpful, the rooms are very clean and comfortable and we had an amazing 4 days here."

"A comfortable stay in a hotel that offers very good value for the location. All staff were excellent. We were upgraded to a family suite which was very convenient. Would certainly recommend to families visiting the Falls, and on a budget."
"Spent a couple nights here and realized we could’ve easily extended that to several nights with everything to do in the area. Of course, went to both the Zambian and Zimbabwean sides of Victoria Falls, and also arranged other tours through Fawlty Towers to do a game drive, sunset cruise, and walk with lions, all of which were amazing and memorable.
The room was nice, with a sizable bathroom and comfortable beds. The public spaces were quite nice, where there’s a bar area (complete with African-inspired photos of Basil and company with the local tribes and animals) and outdoor tables next to the pool. We enjoyed the atmosphere and hospitality, and would absolutely recommend staying here to anyone looking to visit the area."

We would highly recommend this lodge and only wish we had stayed longer but will hope to stay again in the future. Thank you again, we miss you all!"
"Our stay at the Protea Livingstone was amazing! The staff were so friendly and helpful, our breakfasts were delicious each morning. Our room was comfortable, warm and had everything we needed. It was the perfect place to stay for us to explore Livingstone for 5 days! It is a beautiful hotel and we highly recommend it."
"A fantastic place to stay for visiting Victoria Falls! I stayed in one of the rooms within the campsite part of the grounds. It was perfect for what I needed - a comfy bed and a clean private bathroom. The basic rooms don't have TVs but it wasn't missed as I spent most of my time on the riverside patio at the restaurant! Having the Safpar booking office right on site was super convenient. They were able to arrange a trusted taxi driver who provided return transport to the falls, as well as airport transfer. It's probably a bit cheaper finding taxis outside of the hotel, but this was definitely a convenient option. The restaurant was fantastic, especially the pizzas 🍕 I would definitely stay again!!"
