Strong smell of unknown cleaning agent and musty odor. Tight restroom very uncomfortable. Window has no screen. Only thing going for the hotel is the view of the lake. Will not recommend.

This is hotel is not up to Best Western Plus standards. The shower was lukewarm in the evening and boiling hit in the am. The TV didn't have Netflix etc. The lower channels were all fuzzy. Area has no dining options besides the hotel restaurant and the food there was poor. The only good thing about this hotel was the staff. Paid way too much for what I got at this hotel.

Jacuzzi suite was outdated. Older looking Red carpet with foot print stains near jacuzzi tub. The tub itself was pealing at the bottom and hardware stained. A black leather couch was in the room and had parts pealed off of the back and arms. Otherwise the room was clean. They need to put some money into repairs. Sauna was also out of order for public use.

Our room had to be re-inspected for cleanliness by a maintenance person because the person before us rejected the room. There was No housekeeping done beforehand. The tiles on the floor were broken, the bed was lumpy and hard and the hair dryer was literally melted as if it’s been in a fire. The microwave blew a fuse when using it. Not the expectation I had for a BW Plus hotel.

Great place for hunters & fishermen. Love the ability to grab the sack breakfast king before restaurant opens. Staff is always friendly & prompt.

The front desk gal both days was very helpful and professional. The only two negatives was were were on different floors and areas of our kids room and the breakfast was only waffles and cereal. The rest of the stay was great and quiet.

This was a standard hotel room that had a fabulous lakefront view. The one that set this hotel apart was the breakfast attendant. She was gracious, efficient, and made delicious omelettes for breakfast, and the best part is breakfast is included with the stay. There were many options to select from and the dining area was spacious and comfortable. I hope to return here again.
