Very thin walls, so you can hear everything. Single rooms, are very small, so be prepared. Delicious breakfast. Everything you need in the room, is included.

Хороший отель!

Хороший отель! Новый, чистый, хорошие завтраки. доброжелательный персонал, расположение- 10-15 минут пешком до Кремля. В 5 метрах магазин и кафе. Единственный минус Крохотные номера (брали стандарт на двоих). Если большие чемоданы, будет негде разложить!

I stayed here for a 3 week vacation and I have to say this was a really great hotel. First thing is that this hotel is near the main road and has access to the underground that goes into the metro and into the underground shopping mall area. The bus station is also in the same area if you use the bus. This hotel is near by a lot of restaurants and stores. This was a very convenient location and not to far away from the red square. The hotel was very clean and quiet. I loved the staff as well. I will be returning to this hotel when I come back to Moscow.

Good but need improvement

Excelent hotel , clean and pretty, good location. The air conditioner was not working so it was really hot we were sweating inside the room. Also the stuff in the restaurant is very slow and not capable.

It was fine

The room was nice, a bit on a small side, though. The windows were facing the opposite side of the entrance, however it was still noisy. I would recommend having a big plastic cooler in the corridors instead of small bottles of water in the rooms - so much plastic waste produced by the guests on a regular basis. The clearing service was not bad, some rubbish under the bed was left, though. The breakfast at the restaurant was not Wow, a bit poor and the service was very slow... The lady who is in charge of the hotel is really nice and helpful, any questions and queries were resolved quickly. The location is great.

Отель ок, номера современные, с удобствами. Много розеток, в том числе и USB выходы, кондиционер (климат контроль), порадовали завтраки, можно прям хорошо зарядиться на день. Уборка каждый день. В номере и зубной набор, халат, набор для обуви. На этаже утюг. Огорчило поселение на 1 этаже, вечером под окном разговаривали узбеки, как будто в номере с тобой живёт. Руководству надо предусмотреть ограждения, чтобы гостям не мешали.

Отель стОит своих денег. Парковка удобная. Открытая, охраняемая, дворовая территория за воротами. Можно отдать вещи в стирку. Услуга бесплатная. Кофемашина в номере. Неспрессо. Ежедневно добавляют капсулы, сливки, сахар, чай, воду. Лифт есть. Сотрудники милы. Завтрак однообразен, стандартен, но голодными не останетесь. В трёх метрах супермаркеты, аптеки. Пушкинская Площадь и Тверская «за углом»)). Спасибо

Отель в тихом центре

Очень чистый, новый отель в центре города, но при этом очень тихо. Все в шаговой доступности: магазины, рестораны, метро. Номер небольшой, но достаточно удобный. Убирали очень быстро и качественно, первый отель, где при уборке заменяли тапочки))). Единственный минус - из-за COVID было закрыто кафе и завтрак приносили в номер. А расположиться в нем не где(( приходилось есть сидя на кровати. Завтрак однообразный, но вкусный. Будем останавливаться ещё)

Очень смешанные чувства

С первого взгляда очень хорошо, даже шикарно! Расположение, чистота, технически оснащенные номера. Удобные розетки, мебель и тд. Но ньюансы: 1. Не здороваются. Путают имена. Разговаривают высокомерно. 2. Нет стойки для багажа в номере. Багаж приходится ставить на кровать или на стол. 3. Завтракаете вместе с персоналом. Они с вилкой во рту желают вам хорошего дня (ну..., хоть так) 4. В номере ставят бутылку с водой, типа комплимент от отеля. Мне поставили какую-то грязную, обшарпанную и без этикетки. Пить эту воду я не рискнул. 5. При отъезде никого в холле не было. Спасибо сказать было некому. Если не обращать внимание на обслуживание, все хорошо. Завтрак надо заказывать. Не шведский стол. Но довольно вкусный и сытный.

Локация на отлично! То что заставило остаться в гостинице несмотря на крошечные номера - так это завтраки - очень рекомендую! В целом все хорошо, за исключением размеров номеров - если вы путешествуете вдвоем до еще и с 2 большими чемоданами - то выбирайте отель с большими номерами. Вначале поселили в крошечный номер где невозможно было даже открыть чемодан(((, затем пересилили в чуть больший.... Но завтраки - учитывая что они входят в стоимость проживания - просто супер!

Outstanding hotel

I don’t normally write reviews but this hotel totally worth it! Outstanding hotel, Truly boutique style (european standard), great service, perfect central location. Normally even 5 star hotels in moscow are very outdated and lacking some modern design and style and those which are are extremely expensive (four seasons). While V Hotel combines the style, service, location and is a good value for money. I would highly recommend!

Beautiful small boutique hotel is located in center of Moscow. Rooms are small but very comfortable and modern. Very polite and friendly staff. A la carte breakfast was amazing. The hotel is 2 min from subway station, cafes, banks, stores and 15 min walk to Red Square. I’ll definitely come back again.

Great location and service

Perfect location. Nice boutique hotel on a calm side street to Tverskaya. The only annoying thing was that I got a really small room, smaller than the description. Just enough space to walk around the double bed. No desk or chair. The rest was good though. I will come back, but will make sure I'll get the expected room size.

ใกล้ metro Tverskaya ประมาณ 160 เมตร และ Metro Pushkinskaya ไม่น่าจะเกิน 500 เมตร นั่งไป 1 สถานีก็ถึงจตุรัสแดง สะดวกมากๆ ทั้งด้านหน้าและฝั่งตรงข้ามโรงแรมก็มีร้านมากมาย มีคนเดินตลอด อาหารเช้าดีมากๆ มีเมนูให้สั่ง พนักงานพูดภาษาอังกฤษได้ และยิ้มแย้ม
