Very convenient for tourist who make a stop in Sheremetyevo. Hotel Shuttle solve all problems with transportation. Cozy hotel for a great price. Fantastic breakfast. Clean rooms. Nice bed and clean bedding. Friendly personal. I stay here every year. I recommend it.

It's not bad. Breakfast was actually good. Staff is polite. Had no ac in our room and the fab and open window eere barely enough. Quiet location. Again, it's not bad for a night.

Staff was friendly but room was small and overloaded with some extra equipment and it didn't have windows as shown on pictures. I had to use my personal shampoo. The soap in the hotel couldn't be used. Very bad quality.

We were given a very stinky room (room 117) and we had to ask to be changed to a different one. The staff were nice enough to give us a different room though. Good experience to be near a nice mall.

Очень все понравилось. Приветливые и помогательные сотрудники. Простое, но приятное помещение. Небольшие минусы - отсутствие лифта (но чемодан предложили донести до комнаты) и слабая звукоизоляция (коридор хорошо слышно в комнате, но это лишь утром). А так, место спокойное, тихое.

The property is near Sheremetyevo airport and the staff is nice. Besides, they offer free commute to the airport. Breakfast is included. But that is all. For just an overnight, it worked well, but if you look or expect more than just an inn, look somewhere else.

My fight was last night . I am trying to contact the hotel .it is very hard to get to the hotel. They said when I get the airport . I have to call only . Only one way that you can get the shuttle bus but nobody the hotel pick up my phone . I was very cold outside for waiting . Also, at here is not speak English mainly. Badly

Convenient to Airport
This is a convenient hotel to airport clean and very modest. Substantial Breakfast. The steeps steps to carry your bags up is a nuisance and no assistant offered by staff. Have to set up ahead pickup for airport, not easy to catch on phone the number on the website unusable was a big negative and no one at airport knew what we were talking about. They pick up on the Departure level.

Nice hotel, but doesn't have an elevator. Comfortable, clean rooms. Great restaurant menu. To use the sauna, need to inform restaurant staff in advance because it takes more than an hour to heat up. The transfer from the airport takes longer than advertised, and even though it's only 1.5 km from the airport, you absolutely can't walk to/from it. Need to call for the hotel van to get picked up from the airport, and it leaves on the hour from the hotel, which is not convenient (prefer at least 30' intervals)

Descent hotel, but not the best location. about 35 minutes from the city center. The staff at the front desk were not very friendly and spoke very little English. The hotel has no elevator and you have to carry your bags up the small stairs.

Decent hotel near the airport (SVO).
The toilet seat, and air conditioning system were broken and never fixed even though it was reported on the 1st day. Staff speak VERY litte English, so it is very difficult to communicate with them.

Good basic hotel well located
It is what it is. Basic, but for the price we could not fault it. Nice bar area, food was of a decent enough standard and very well priced. The staff were great. Regular shuttle service to the airport was convenient. The only minor negatives were that the shower curatain was about 4cm too short and I like 2 pillows. Not enough for me to not recommend the place, in fact I may even return should they have room and England progress in the world cup

Very good stay for the night
I stayed at this place for the night before my long flight. Its about 5 min drive off the main road. Reception and staff was nice. They have a cafe, restaurant, sauna and luggage storage. The room was nice and clean. Breakfast was decent with lots to choose from. Only warning is the shower, be careful with the water. As I guess several rooms hooked up to same water heater. and when some one else uses or stops using the hot water, be ready for that. All in all a good place to stay before you long hall flight.

Wrong AD. Be ready to 20-25 min shuttle.
Horrible hotel with small and super bad beds. You cant rest on this mattresses. No phone in your room. No elevator. Be ready to walk to 2nd or 3rd floor with your luggage.No insolation, you can hear everything what next door talk. Someone unluck my door at 6:50 am and want to come in. When I scream "Who is this?" a lady said 'Sorry" I assumed it was cleaning lady. She just opens my door and walks in without nock my door. Worst experience ever!!!

Place to stay between flights, no more.
No elevator. Breakfast is too light with quite limited menu. TV programming is close to none. So, this is the place to have a shower and sleep between flights for reasonable price.

Cheap and useful for its purpose
The hotel looks very cheap, but is very much ok if you need to stay for a night before a departure from Sheremetyevo Airport. The location is accordingly close to it (and it is very distant from anything else). There is a free shuttle to and from the airport, we used it very late in the night. Very convenient! And it is still clean, no problems with that.
