Overall good service & stay. Disappointed bar & restaurant was advertised but actually not in action. 2 nights stay, bed made but shame coffee station & toiletry inc paper not refreshed/restocked.

Very friendly staff and convenient location. Bit of an annoyance not actually having a sign on the motel to let you know it is the cedar lodge but that’s not a huge issue, just something to keep in mind when you visit. Nice enough and the price is very fair. Would definitely stay again

For the price a really nice and neat motel. Shame the restaurant wasn't open for dinner the night we stayed. Room 17 was large and spacious, clean, and everything needed was provided. Needed a draught stopper on the front door to keep the cold out.

Homely for great value

Stayed here twice now, always happy with cleanliness and friendly staff. 80's style motel so your typical downsides are noise through adjoining walls and general decor, but beds and appliances are up to date, plus new shower heads with excellent pressure. They have quite nice gardens and I saw a professional gardener once which suggests they care about attention to detail. I've stayed at several in town and for the price I'd say this is the nicest.
