Highly recommend the Italian restaurant in the hotel, we had a fabulous dinner here whilst staying. The walk across the frozen lake into St.Moritz was lengthy but beautiful views, would recommend if you are fit enough! "

The staff and owners make you feel welcomed and are very helpful. I left my tote bag on the train at the Pontresina station and they called the station and I was able to pick it up at the station that day. "We stayed at Hotel Steinbeck for 2 nights to catch the Bernina Express and really enjoyed our stay here. The check-in staff was very friendly and offered to carry the luggage to our room. It was a classic hotel with an excellent restaurant and we were served with nutritious breakfast of a good variety and the lady who run the restaurant for breakfast was very friendly and efficient. Pontresina is a nice little town with majestic views of the mountains surrounding it and it is very quiet...
