"I went here for my 1st anniversary weekend. We had a great time. Its a family run boutique property. The family was an exceptional host. Tim and Allie who are the parents made us feel so at home and were so warm. The breakfast they served was delicious and they made so many baked good for us which were all amazing. We had a great time at this hotel and would recommend everyone to stay here if you are going to this area!"

"The walls had some great prints of classic masterpieces. That was nice. The staff evening and morning only one person each were very nice and helpful. The room was just ok. Someone’s hair in the tub, and just kind of needs a solid upkeep job. Breakfast wasn’t appetizing. It just seemed like it wasn’t truly cared for."

I said I didnt want to but staff members said its needed to register me and said there is no way I would get marketing emails. I had no choice but to provide my email. Next thing I know I am receiving marketing communication from this hotel several tmes a day. "Staff when checking in was very helpful and polite. Didn’t see any staff in the two days I was there. But they were there because my room was spotless. Parking was very close and accessible to the room. WiFi was easy access and easy to connect. Only negative thing was I could hear the neighbors tv at night and muffled talking. Needs some insulation between walls maybe. I would stay again for sure. Also, was very accessible to walking to shops downtown and walking around the Embarcadero. Enjoyed...

"The place is obviously old but it’s well maintained. The AC/heater was hit or miss. Parking was adequate. Close access to Embarcadero and all the good shops and restaurants. The guy in the front asked us if we needed room upkeep in the morning and we said yes. Only the towels were replaced, the bed, which had a flat sheet instead of a fitted sheet, was not made. Otherwise, it was a good stay, overall."

"Picturesque inn in Morro Bay. Quick walk to the Bay itself. Only downside is the sea lions are noisy 24 hours a day."

"The deluxe suite was very clean, convenient, and had an excellent view of the bay and a side view of Morro Rock (you have to be right next to the window to see the rock). It is up a steep, narrow flight of stairs and you have to go through the lobby to get to it, but those were the only drawbacks. The couch makes into a queen sized bed, too, so you can honestly sleep 6 normal sized adults in this room. Worth every penny."

"Loved this property! It’s was very clean. Loved the themed decor. We had the Octopus room with view of the coffee house across the street with a peek a boo view of the bay from the balcony. We went on Memorial Day weekend & it was very pleasant. We enjoyed the outdoor fire place on the table & electric fire place in the room. Beds were very comfy. We will be going back & get a room over looking the bay next time. Highly recommend!!!"
