The hotel location is great, breakfast is satisfying, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. However, the facilities are lacking maintenance. We had issues with the shower, toilet, and TV. Rooms are bit old and it seems that were never updated. It's a good deal in terms of price, but don't expect much beyond the basics.

O staff salvou a estadia
A gerente Adriana e os demais funcionários foram ótimos conosco. Porém, as fotos que constam no site, não condizem com a realidade. O banheiro era péssimo, tinha até fita isolante no registro do chuveiro. A pousada está precisando de uma reforma urgente. A limpeza dos quartos tb deixou a desejar. Saía um cheiro muito ruim qdo ligávamos o ar condicionado, que funcionava bem, mas tinha essa questão do mau cheiro. As toalhas de banho, muito, muito, muito surradas...O café é bem simples, mas tudo o que solicitamos foi trazido à mesa. Resolvemos ficar, mesmo com toda a precariedade do local, pq o staff era muito receptivo e atencioso. Os funcionários da pousada, pela delicadeza que nos trataram, que tornaram a estadia viável. Uma pena que a pousada, que no fundo é bonita e rodeada de natureza, esteja tão carente de reformas e melhorias.

A pousada é simples mais muito acomchegante ,romantica fiquei hospedada em chalés rusticos ,em meio a natureza , recomendaria para casais e familias . Os funcionarios sao maravilhosos! A pousada tem saída para praia menos 5 min de caminhada . Amei cada detalhe ❤

O local é razoável para o valor. A pousada fica localizada numa parte da ilha com muita árvore e consequentemente insetos, anfíbios etc. Se você tem medo, não recomendo a estadia. Como ponto negativo classifico a falta de acesso a internet e Tv nos apto, o café da manhã com poucas opções e a limpeza do meu quarto. Já os pontos positivos cito as áreas de comum acesso aos hóspedes, quarto com ar-condicionado e a recepção. Pelo custo/benefício vale a pena, mas se você se importa com os pontos negativos citados acima, acredito que não seja uma boa opção.

Muito ruim
Pelas fotos parece tudo lindo mas a pousada é muito ruim. O estado de conservação é péssimo. Lençois e toalhas muito velhos, desbotados, rasgados e manchados, paredes descascando, com mofo. Mas o pior foi o banheiro que estava muito sujo. Pedimos para lavarem mas continuou imundo. Tudo quebrado. Acabei tendo eu mesma que lavar. Ainda assim a sujeira não saia pois não tinha produtos de limpesa adequados àquela imundice. A equipe nada simpática e o café da manhã fraco.

Gostei muito da localizacao, bem perto do centro mas longe de ruido. A instalação do quarto deixou muito a desejar, pois sanitario com tampa danificada e vaso manchado, porta de box sem uma banda, iluminação fraca, sem guarda roupa, sem acessorios ko freezer, tipo copo. Mas a cama pelo menos era boa.
