"An elegant and refined hotel, a place to rejuvenate and relax where all comforts are accommodated. Helpful and gracious staff- will look forward to returning! "
"Our group were going on a winery tour for the day and arrived at 10am. The staff were brilliant, allowing us to check-in and collect our keys before the rooms were ready, so that we could park near our rooms and so that we could go straight to our designated rooms once we finished our tour. The rooms were lovely and well maintained. Perfect location too, for dinner in Mornington."
"Everything was great. They were running behind on our room however the receptionist ensured to make this a priority and gave us a drink card while we were waiting. Room was clean with a beautiful room. Staff were helpful and friendly and the surroundings was stunning. Kitchen was able to accomodate for our vegan diet which was a plus! Would stay again :) "
"Our family room was impeccably clean and very comfortable for the five of us. Enough space to watch tv together or take some timeout on my own. Management were very approachable and helpful with suggestions for cafes to suit families. "
"Our 2 bedroom was spacious and well equipped with a kitchen a bathroom/laundry.
It was showing a little wear and tear from previous occupants. There was a small hole in the plaster in the main bedroom, and scratch marks on the floor of the main bath.
Check in was easy and the staff member very professional and friendly.
Would be happy to stay hear again."

"Overall room was ok, clean and tea/coffee making available. The bed seemed quite hard to my wife but was ok for me. TV did not work on free to air channels so could only get 9Now digital and couldnt download any other TV apps."
