"A very clean, modern and great place to stay. Located a 10 min walk to the beach and 5 mins from lots of restaurants and bars. Hotel staff were amazing and super friendly. Only issue was that the spa was closed during our stay which was disappointing. Room only gets cleaned upon request. "

"I would rate this property as 1.5 - 2 stars equivalent to U.S. hotels.
* The room is small, a/c noicy. Provided towels are not clean.
* Walls are paper thin and what the neighbors are talking or listening to is quite loud. I did not get _any_ sleep because of that.
* The building is made of wood and it is super squicky. Any time somebody walks on the 2nd floor or climbing up the stairs there is so much noice created.
* The bathroom sink does not have usual Hot/Cold taps, instead you...

- Hotel is in a fantastic location, very close to GOI airport, perfect place to stay if you have a flight the next day.
- It is also fantastically located right next to a picture perfect beach.
- The Duty Manager Rita is amazing - introduced herself to us immediately upon check in, made herself available if we needed any advice or support, offered advice and suggestions for us based on our movements. Stepped in and helped us resolve an issue with the restaurant.

"Small boutique hotel with a small plunge pool attached to the ground floor rooms. Very good Indian Breakfast and a very nice High Tea at 4pm!! Nothing in the vicinity.. but if its peace and quiet you want.. go for it. "
