"To be fair, this once elegant property is in a great location and the breakfast buffet & morning restaurant staff were excellent. Also, we were there in the middle of a severe heat wave, so staff and systems were strained to the max. Housekeeping staff were VERY NICE, but Front Desk - not so much.
Our room's A/C fan was on maximum and it simply wasn't able to keep up. By Day2 of our stay, water began dripping from the ceiling steadily - we had to physically move our bed away from it. Since the...

"The property is a VRBO Style not a hotel. We had problems finding the place initially and had to call Pauline who was very helpful and came out so our Uber driver could get us to the property. Very nice pool and jacuzzi. Our room had a beautiful jetted jacuzzi tub and fancy steam shower. Location is very well situated and about 8 minute walk to the pope Palace and adjacent restaurants."

"Its a beautiful Hotel in Roussillon in a nice surrounding. It has very nice rooms, clean and recently renovated (excellent, modern bathroom!), very nice staff and an outstanding breakfast with lot‘s of local specialties, e.g. honey, cheese, meat etc.)."

"We loved it so much. I traveled with my andult daughter annd she loved it ans well. Everything was perfect. Everyone was so nice and helpful. We couldn’t have had a better stay. Breakfast was so good and the choices were plentiful and fresh. The room was beautiful and clean. The grounds were so pretty. We couldn’t stop taking pictures. Loved everything about our stay. "
