"Great hotel "

"Excellent service. My husband blew a tire pulling in to pick me up. We were staying to watch our daughter’s first Regatta for Ohio State and didn’t want to risk missing the race. The staff allowed us to keep our vehicle in the drop off lane while we went and watched her and fixed the tire when we returned a few hours later. We were very appreciative of this so we could see our daughter row and compete as a Buckeye. Thank you for going above and beyond. "

"The room was large and clean. The sofabed has seen better days. Neither of the televisions worked at first. After plugging the one in, it worked but was never able to get the other to work. My biggest issue was the noise. The rooms closest to the street were noisy all night. There were unattended juveniles in the room directly above. The stomping and banging was constant until i had to personally go up and address the issue. Housekeeping was knocking on the door an hour.before we were...

"Checking in, the staff was very friendly and professional. Got to the room (king suite) and was delighted when we entered. The kitchen was equipped with a full sized refrigerator, a two burner stove, microwave and dishwasher. Dishes and utensils were also included. The living area was also nice with a comfortable couch that was also a pull out double bed. Through the door was the main bedroom with I think was a 50 inch tv. "There was a long line for checking-in, with not all the staff busy. While the rooms very spacious, our room was in front of the elevators and was noisy (because of the elevator machinery), had a blocked bathroom sink and leaky main room sink. We stayed two nights and the room was cleaned, but amenities (e.g., coffee, cups) were not restocked. Overall a good stay, but with room for improvement. "

"Room was overall nice and property fairly quiet. Minus 1 star as shower water pressure the weakest of any hotel I've stayed in, and hot water also comparatively not very hot."

"The parking was good and the staff were very nice but the facility felt dirty, the garbages didn’t have bags in them, the breakfast was terrible…everything…and the worst part was the the elevator door almost crushed my husband. When entering, it would not stop trying to shut him in between the bell hop cart and the door. No matter how much we pressed the door open button or shove the doors to open, they fought my husband until will were able to shove my husband between the cart and the door...

"Lobby presented very well and felt like at check-in it would be adequate stay. Went to the suite and right from the dirty and disgusting entry door/passage way the property is run down. A few items in the suite were adequate such as the bath and kitchen towels but the rest of the suite was very run down. Examples: stains on the kitchen furniture, old carpeting and flooring, old appliances with cracks (microwave) and smelled like it was once a smoking room. Surprised it is rated a GOOD. Also...
