"Easy access for beach hopping . Felt safe on property and front desk staff 24/7. Very quiet with privacy while walking the grounds
Pool looks beautiful , did not use it… the hotel has an interesting rule about wearing swimming caps and it was not heated
We were ok without the pool because there were plenty of beaches under a 10 minute drive that were beautiful with warm water

Staying at this beautiful Italian palace was a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, Salvatore made us feel completely at home. He was incredibly kind and always ready to help. The room was charming and tastefully decorated, and the atmosphere throughout the house felt peaceful and authentic. Breakfast was a real treat, with delicious homemade pastries prepared with so much care. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a more memorable stay."

"I think management needs to inform staff to be more informative with guest
No one told us how to get beach towels, coffee machine did not work, WI FI no info, basically I feel that staff was very helpful once you asked for items. The issue is most hotels provide basic info upfront and have signage to inform guests. Management needs to be better.
I feel that the highlight is the beach and that is the only reason I would go back to this hotel."
