"The view no longer is amazing when you cant even sit outside to watch it. because nobody every clean the balcony area of the room. (spider webs ) The T.V. in the room you can barely see. Cause of how little it is. For the cost of the room, it should at least be a 50 inch in the room. Also the balcony area should be a part of the cleaning of the room. Parking was great."

"Staff was friendly. Hotel is okay at best. Mattress needs replacement (deep divots on both side of mattress). Spotted a couple cockroaches in the bathroom. Shower makes strange noises, had to turn it off and on multiple times to make it stop. Bathroom fan completely covered in dust and dirt. The door to the room has to be forced closed.
Moral of the story "you get what you pay for". For the price, this met expectations. "

"I will book again. The staff was wonderful and eager to assist. The room was spacious accommodating. You're fully responsible for your own meals but the water park makes up for it all. The lodge has activites planned out all day with a wonderful app to help guide you. I was surprised when I arrived and there was a $20 daily parking fee, I didn't see that anywhere on the website. But my trip was great,"

"Would not recommend, I booked a week in advance. Went to go check in, there was a sign on the door saying “not available till after 4”. We were heading back to get checked in and got an email stating we were cancelled. "
