"I had an excellent experience at this hotel! Onomo Allure Baobob exceeded my expectations. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and so comfortable. It felt like a home. The neighborhood was safe. The staff was friendly and attentive. I loved the bed, free bottled water, high-end tea, the cleanliness, and the 24-hour gym, which had state-of-the-art equipment. I highly recommend this hotel!! "
"I had booked this hotel, over the internet 2 days before we were to go and stay there and had received confirmation that it was accepted and paid for. However, when we finally got there we were told there was no booking and we would have to pay again!!!!!!! I showed them the confirmation number but they did not believe me and were very rude. Consequently we did not stay there and we had to get a taxi to another hotel. Would not recommend this place at all."

Philippe is incredibly kind and helpful—when Uber wasn’t working, he personally arranged a car to take me to the airport. "Stayed at Le Wafou a few times over the years. Staff very friendly and helpful. Plenty of food options in the poolside bar and reasonably priced. Unfortunately the pool was now open only between 10am and 5.30pm, so after a long hot day at work I couldn’t relax with a cooling dip. Although security was in place at the gate, local ladies were allowed in and offering various ‘services’, made the poolside feel a bit uncomfortable. When I first went there it was quite cool place with a show on the stage. Now it all looks a bit grubby sadly. Rooms had been refurbished, but still way below the chain hotels in the area. AirCo in the room was quite noisy, but at least worked! At the price, I expected more. It’s such a unique and quirky hotel"
