"The shower was action packed wow"

"Very close to Rte 42. Nice staff. Lots of messes and spills in the elevators and parking lot but they cleaned them quickly. Rooms need some updating but everything was clean in the room."

"There was a pubic hair in my shower with the drain grate turned up and not in place upon arrival. The shower barely had any water pressure. I was on a first level room and it was incredibly noisy early in the morning as well as at night. The deadbolt latch to my door broke and fell off the door during my stay so I was only able to lock the door with one lock. I’ve stayed at this hotel before, but this stay was extremely disappointing."

Everyone from valet to front desk to the restaurant (especially, Migel) and the wonderful manager (who's name I don't recall) were phenomenal! Kudos to each of them for being friendly, professional and going above and beyond the call of duty. "Office staff was friendly but I did not like having to check in outside of the building. Room was clean but, for me, bed was way to firm."

"Beautiful hotel, nice views of the river and New Jersey. Staff was amazing, very old architecture vibes . Perfect spot for food and bars and great walking distance to a lot! 100% Will visit again. Only thing is the room did need a mirror besides the one in the bathroom. Be careful where you park tho, Philly will tow! Haha but that was a mistake on the city not the hotel. They all were amazing!"

"Terrible had a bad time very uncomfortable not clean the tub would turn off the lights and the motion. Warm water would run out no type of security for your stuff anyone has access around. Your card to access the room deactivates and you have to go reactivate at the front desk if I were able to I would’ve refunded after the first night thankfully it was only 2 days don’t recommend at all."
