"This is a smal, intimate , boutique hotel. Rooms are smashed but we had a bungalow facing the beach. Gorgeous! Other bungalows face the garden and actually are much cheaper but just as nice. Guests have access to a huge, well furnished living space and patio with a view of the beach. You can also use a state of art kitcnen. "

"Where do I begin do review this stay? In so many ways it was a stay of a lifetime. Mark’s Place is beautiful. Each bungalow is unique in design and amenities. Our bungalow had lots of windows and large glass patio door which led to a large deck with outside furniture. Our bungalow did not have toilet or shower contained within, but we did have private facilities directly across from our unit. "I highly recommend this hotel. All of the staff were fantastic and are just wonderful. The cleaning lady’s husband is a fisherman. We bought a big tuna fish from him. They helped us prepare the tuna and cook it together. We shared the tuna with other hotel visitors. It was the best tuna :). There were also kayaks on-site that we can use. The room was super clean and organized. We will come back again. Thank you for a fantastic stay."

"What a great find! Beachfront property with a excellent view (although the beach was somewhat rocky)! "Poe" (property mgr) was a kind soul and was always there if we needed anything. King bed downstairs and singles in the upstairs loft. This property doesn't have A/C, so it does get somewhat warm during the day, but the Pacific breeze cools the space at night.
