"Friendly receptionist, good room. Breakfast with good quality ingredients. Attractive grounds. The hotel is being refurbished, with lots of tradesmenโs vans when we left in the morning, but it didnโt affect our stay."

"Parking was tricky. There is a car park but it was full. Therefore I angled my car in the middle of the car park, then got up really early to move it again. The staff are lovely. The room was charming. Great value for money. Location is pretty. Great as a pit stop for driving from Inverness to Edinburgh."

"Good hotel near to all amenities only downfall was the lift didn work but at least they let u know beforehand luckily i just had a small case hopefully they get it fixed for everyone else the room was clean and staff were very helpful would recommend it "

"Starting at check-in and right through our stay the staff were helpful. friendly and attentive. Room was clean and comfortable. Food was great. Previous reviews had mentioned hot water issues, so I checked the temperature and it was tepid. When reported was resolved very quickly. This place is nice but the staff make it more, I felt they really want you to enjoy not just Lovat Hotel but also Perth."
