"I never met the staff. The room was clean and well provided. I was given a key, but the door could not be locked. The bed springs were overused and extremely bumpy. The location was in the active part of town, overcrowded with extremely loud music blasting into the early morning. The area was not accessible for taxis making it hard for travel. No one warned me about all these issues 😔"
