"The pool was descent.breakfast was limited and front desk staff not friendly.we were not informed about the limited cleaning crew when we checked in. We did not get room cleaned in the 3 night stay inspitebof asking. We did get towels changed but not trashed picked up.not a great experience won't be staying here again or recommending this place"

"The staff was friendly, but something felt off about the overall experience. I only saw them at check-in and check-out, and they were otherwise unavailable. The photos listed online are misleading and make the rooms appear much nicer than they actually are. The room I stayed in had several issues, including roaches, cracks throughout the walls, and what appeared to be mold in the shower. The “private pool” was more like a dirty pond and clearly not maintained. The TV was oversized and awkwardly placed, blocking access to the closet. It also seemed like the room had been poorly remodeled, likely without proper licensing or workmanship. The doors looked damaged, as if they had been broken into and then poorly repaired. Additionally, the internet did not work, so I couldn’t even use the TV. Attempts to call for assistance went unanswered, and no one was ever present at the front desk. The location is also inconvenient, it’s in a remote area, about 40 minutes from Coachella and roughly 30 minutes from downtown Palm Springs. Overall, this stay was far from ideal."

"We stayed in the presidential suite, the room was outdated and old the carpets had stains. The second bedrooms AC did not work. We advised staff twice they sent someone once who couldn’t fix it and didn’t bother we us again. For the price I paid you would think they would care. Not sure why I got charged an additional resort fee, the pools are clean but that is all that is decent about the property. "

"The room was clean and pet friendly. The refrigerator did not have a mini chest freezer (no big deal but plan for that). There was not a coffee maker or teapot in the room but they have a small cafe in the lobby. The pool was clean and they had a lot of games as well as outdoor space available to us. The bed was a bit hard for me but I know I like to sleep in vs on them. There is not a great space ergonomic wise to work from or play cards as we often do in the room. Overall we would stay again just be prepared a bit differently."

"The entire resort was beautiful! The staff was so helpful and welcoming. The mineral pools are amazing and so relaxing! The airstream is well set up and the beds are super comfortable!! I loved my stay and will definitely be coming back."

"The room was absolutely disgusting, dirt and grime everywhere the floors were sticky and behind the bed was filthy with grey stuff, the air conditioner was peeling and falling apart, we had to carry our 75 lb bags up 3 flights of stairs because the elevator was down. There were people doing drugs and being sketchy and to top it off the manager was so extremely rude. I will never be coming here again. We had originally planned to stay for 4 nights and got out the next morning because of how bad it was annd how unsafe it we felt. Also the bed was so uncomfortable sleeping on the floor would’ve been better. There were no blankets just sheets. And the door didn’t latch all the way, we had a hard time opening it and a very hard time getting it to close and lock. We spent about 25 minutes trying to open the door, and the manager was so rude and nasty. Do not book with the motel!! By far the worst experience I’ve ever had in a motel."

"The room was huge & had an echo when talking. TV was 4k, large screen. Air Conditioning was hard to use. No coffee maker in the room. No microwave other than one downstairs in breakfast area. Had to ask for ice bucket to use in the room. Pet area was very small & not kept well. Went down for breakfast at 6:30 am. Regular coffee was not ready. Only had cereal & yogurt available to eat. Suppose to have everything ready by 6am. Believe they may have been understaffed. Just didn't have the feeling that we were welcomed"

"Interesting concept. Really enjoyed staying in a modified AirStream without having all the set up and break down. You have to be ready to haul your luggage in a cart to your camper, but it wasn't hard to do. Appreciated the security offered by the entry gate. Lots of items for sale in the main building. Desk staff very friendly and helpful. "
