Monument Hotels with Swimming Pool

"Breakfast was subpar compared to other generic breakfast at hotels. It’s a decent place to crash and sleep if you’re traveling. You can buy food and drinks nearby within walking distance."

"Room service breakfast was 30min late, when we called to find out what’s happening with our service n their excuse was chef was busy. I ordered huevous rancheros and it consisted of 2 OE eggs, some black beans and 2 small corn tortillas. It was missing all the other ingredients. I expect good service, good food as well as good facilities- unfortunately we only got one of three. Also, was put in a single king suite instead of the two double that we cc reserved. We were told you were “over booked “. We were moved to a different room the next day. Should we come back I hope these issues are resolved "
