"The room is very simple. And it's about 10 minutes away from reception. When we arrived we immediately smelled a bad odour, as if it had been closed for a long time. Then we noticed that the floor was dirty with dust and hair. We also noticed that they didn't have any shower gel or shampoo. The next morning at around 9am we asked for shampoo and shower gel. "Check in was a nightmare. The instructions I received to collect the keys sent me to the wrong place. Luckily the lady there was so helpful and she told me where to go. Once checked in I couldn’t find the entrance to the property or the garage. I had to ask a shop keeper to tell me where the garage was. The apartment was very good and had just been renovated.
