This hostel feels very clean and safe. The staff was very nice and helpful and breakfast included is a plus! I would say that this is pretty over priced for a hostel dormitory but it seems to be the only reputable option in the area. Overall would recommend!

The property is modern and clean. The rooms are amazing with locker facility. The breakfast was great too! The only disappointment was there were no lifts and I had to drag my bags two floors up

The room is small with washbasin inside. From the window room you can see the beautiful Geneva lake. Shared bathroom and WC is clean. To reach the Montreux Youth Hostel or Auberge de Jeunesse Montreux, from Mountreux train station walk 2 minutes to Escaller de la Gare, take 201 bus toward Rennas Village and stop at Territet L'Eudine. Then walk 5-10 minutes to the hotel. There is a lift upto 1st floor, after that you need to use the stairs. It will be a problem if you have a big luggage. To reach Chillon, you can take 201 bus toward Rennas Village and stop at Chillon. Free breakfast: ham, salami, cheese, cereal, milk, chocolate, bread, juice, egg, fruit, coffee

Walkable from the bus stop, but take note there's a flight of stairs (I counted about 78 steps) via the shortest route. There's also a luggage friendly slope, but it's a bit of a detour. Nice clean facility. Lights in the toilet and showers work on a timer. (press and countdown type) The shower light went off in the middle of my shower and I was plunged into pitch black darkness because there are no windows in the shower room. Thankfully I remembered roughly where the switch was.. Good standard breakfast, but I believe coffee was chargeable.

Wonderful stay! Very clean hostel. Staff were lovely and helpful. The view outside the hostel is amazing. Great location and easy to get to. Breakfast was good. Would definitely stay again.

Ein sehr gutes Hostel direkt am Genfersee liegend. Du gehst aus der Tür raus und du stehst vor dem See und Berge. Auf der anderen Seite ist Bus 201 bring dir in 10 Minuten zum Bahnhof. Sehr praktisch. Sehr freundliche Personal. Das frühstück lohnt sich wirklich

Tudo muito bem organizado, uma opção ótima para Montreux. Fiquei em um quarto feminino compartilhado e foi como se estivesse sozinha. Só as dobradiças da porta que precisam de lubrificação para não fazer barulho na abertura, do restante nada a levar em consideração.

Razoável não voltaria

Para se chegar no hostel você deve descer uma escadaria assustador de tão longo. O check in r check out eles são extremamente rígidos. Só te atendem dentro do horário estipulado. O quarto é pequeno, fica apertado para acomodar 6 pessoas. Não tem ventilador e nem ar condicionado. Dormir com janela aberta foi muito complicado pois o trem passa literalmente na frente das janelas, todos de frente para o trilho e que este funciona das 4h da manhã até 24h. Não tem elevador. Para subir até o terceiro andar com mala foi bem complicado. Café da manhã simples. Este hostel fica bem afastado do centro e principais pontos turísticos. A lanchonete mais próxima fica a 2km. Único ponto positivo, a atendente Diana é atenciosa.

ユースホステルでの支払いは、1 名あたり、1 泊につき、2.00 CHFの市税、 観光税 0.40 CHFと記載されていましたが、5.0CHF請求されました。 私が2.4CHFではないのかと聞くと、それは8年前の料金で、今は5.0CHFだと言われ、5.0CHF支払わされました。なぜ8年前の料金を記載したまま、情報を更新しないのでしょうか？しかも私が悪いかのように責め立てられ、非常に不愉快でした。 また、チェックイン時にMontreux Riviera Cardはもらえず、後で他のスタッフにお願いして、もらいました。

Beau séjour!

Super emplacement et tout semble neuf. À quelques minutes de marche du château de Chillon et à deux pas d’un bus direct (5 min) du centre de Montreux. Magnifique vue sur le lac Léman. Petit déjeuner varié. Attention toutefois si vous avez le sommeil léger, le train est très près. Aussi, si vous cherchez un lieu pour faire des rencontres, je ne crois pas que ce soit la place. Si vous voulez la paix, c’est parfait :)

La colo pour les grands ;)

Sejour qui rappel les colonies de vacances. Pas de prise de tete. C'est ultra propre, le personnel serviable et adorable. L'auberge est les pieds dans le lac.. Seul benole le stationnement (mais on trouve solution), le bruit du chemin de fer *moi cela me berce.. apres si vous chercher le calme, silence.. passez votre tours. Je recommande a tous ceux qui veulent retrouver une sorte d'insouscience ;)

Pire hostel

Froid et impersonnel ; à l'étage, la chambre, les couloirs, les salles d'eau ressemblent étrangement à une prison (à la fois dans la "décoration" que dans l'aménagement). Les salles d'eau n'ont ni savon, ni miroir, ni même meuble pour nos affaires ; les toilettes n'avaient pas de lunette. Dans la chambre, très petite pas de drap sur les lits mais une sorte d'alèse rêche, pas de rideau, une prise cassée. Après signalement à la réception, aucun changement ou aménagement ("Ah oui, c'est comme ça"). Petit-déjeuner banal, sans étiquette pour savoir ce qu'on mange. La réceptionniste a été très professionnelle mais aucune solution apportée sur des points qui n'auraient même pas du être des problêmes... Pire hostel visité, trompé par les précédents avis. Il n'est pas question d'un mauvais rapport qualité/prix, il est juste question d'une mauvaise qualité, peu importe son prix.
